Spring Session: Focus on Service Excellence
Dates: April 26-May 1, 2026
Registration & Tuition: The registration fee is $850. Note that lodging is not included.
Note that attendance is required at every session, starting with the orientation on
Sunday and ending with the closing session at noon on Friday. Please do not register
for IPSI unless you can commit to the entire week.
Lodging: The Holiday Inn block for the Spring session is available now. The rooms for the fall session will
be available beginning February 1. 2026. Call 217-540-7777 and provide the code IPS. To book
a room at Country Inn and Suites, call 217-540-5555 and use the block code "IPSI". Note that
tax exemptions do not apply to lodging.
