Our Response History

On August 12, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the Village of Pesotum to assist with debris pickup following a significant storm event. One member agency assisted with 6 responders operating 6 pieces of equipment. The work was efficiently completed in 1 day. While there was no cost to the Village of Pesotum, the total value of the response was $7,135.84 based on responders’ rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

On August 4, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the City of Burbank to assist with debris pickup following a significant storm event. Four member agencies assisted with 7 responders operating 10 pieces of equipment. The work was efficiently completed in 3 days. While there was no cost to the City of Burbank, the total value of the response was $12,575.19 based on responders’ rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025). 

On July 31, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by Downers Grove Township to assist with debris pickup following a significant storm event. One member agency assisted with 9 responders operating 14 pieces of equipment. The work was efficiently completed in 4 days. While there was no cost to Downers Grove Township, the total value of the response was $30,500.30 based on responders’ rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

On June 25, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the Village of Bloomingdale to assist with debris pick up following a significant storm event.  Eight member agencies assisted with 31 responders operating 26 pieces of equipment.  The work was efficiently completed in three days.  While there was no cost to the Village of Bloomingdale, the total value of the response was $34,337.76 based on responders' rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

On June 19, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the City of Charleston to assist with debris pick up following a significant storm event.  Two member agencies assisted with 16 responders operating 13 pieces of equipment.  The work was efficiently completed in eight days.  While there was no cost to the City of Charleston, the total value of the response was $80,671.75 based on responders' rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

On June 18, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the City of Streator to assist with brush pick up and removal following an EF-3 tornado.  Three member agencies assisted with 7 responders operating 7 pieces of equipment.  The work was efficiently completed on the same day.  While there was no cost to the City of Streator, the total value of the response was $10,192.51 based on responders' rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

On June 16, 2026, IPWMAN was requested by the Village of Alsip to assist with debris pick up following a significant storm event.  Eight member agencies assisted with 28 responders operating 27 pieces of equipment.  The work was efficiently completed in six days.  While there was no cost to the Village of Alsip, the total value of the response was $78,037.18 based on responders' rates of pay and the current FEMA Schedule of Equipment Rates (2025).

7 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Minooka with dump trucks, labor crews, bucket trucks, and chippers for storm damage cleanup due to high winds.

7 member agencies provided mutual aid to the City of Macomb with grapple trucks, dump trucks, labor teams, an aerial lift truck, and a skid-steer for storm damage cleanup due to a tornado. 

6 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of St. Joseph with grapple trucks, dump trucks, aerial lift trucks, front-end loaders, combination backhoes, and skid-steers for storm damage cleanup due to a tornado.

5 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Nauvoo with front-end loaders, grapple trucks, dump trucks, and bucket trucks for storm damage cleanup due to a tornado.

3 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Carpentersville with pumps, suction lines and discharge hoses.

6 member agencies offered assistance to the Village of Carpentersville with their request for a generator due to a power outage caused by a storm at their wastewater treatment plant.

2 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Riverside with chippers, grapple trucks, and bucket trucks for storm damage cleanup due to high winds.

3 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Streamwood with chipper trucks for storm damage cleanup due to high winds.

1 member agency provided mutual aid to the Village of Carpentersville with generators due to a power outage caused by a storm.

8 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Brookfield with chippers, loaders, grapple trucks, dump trucks, and bucket trucks for storm damage cleanup due to high winds.

8 member agencies provided mutual aid to the Village of Roselle with chippers, loaders, grapple trucks, and dump trucks for storm damage cleanup due to an EF-0 tornado.
