Each breakout session will have 5 tracks (Emergency Mgmt, Forestry, Fleet, Safety and Miscellaneous).
Booking A Hotel Room
IPWMAN will provide 2 rooms per member agency as long as we have rooms in our block. IPWMAN will pay $50, and the agency will be responsible for the remainder.
The room rate is $85 so the agency will pay $35 plus taxes/fees and any incidentals for the room. Additional rooms, over 2 for an agency, will be at the standard group rate of $85.

If you prefer you can call the hotel directly at (309) 664-6446 and select option 1 (it will say change an existing reservation, but that is the quickest option to speak with one of our onsite team members), and they can set up the reservation for you. Be sure to say you are with the IPWMAN Conference so your room will be part of our block.
