CONFERENCE ATTENDEES
The third annual Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN) Conference will be held at the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton at 10 Brickyard Drive in Bloomington, Illinois on Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Registration for the conference is $50. A resource management class will be held at the same location on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at no charge for any members interested in taking the class. Hotel accommodations are available for those travelling outside of the Bloomington area for both the class and the conference.
A reception will be held on Tuesday evening allowing an opportunity for members to meet representatives from other member agencies and visit with vendors who specialize in emergency response resources and equipment. On Wednesday, several speakers will be sharing their experiences and training in sessions designed to educate and inform our members. These sessions will be discussing deployment readiness and radio maintenance, along with the most recent responses to emergency situations within the state of Illinois. There will also be large equipment displays on site along with vendors exhibits.

CONFERENCE EXHIBITORS
The third annual Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN) Conference will be held at the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton at 10 Brickyard Drive in Bloomington, Illinois on Wednesday, October 19, 2011. The conference is an excellent marketing opportunity for vendors and exhibitors allowing them to showcase the various types of equipment and resources they have available to the Public Works agencies. Exhibit booths will be located immediately outside the conference area to give vendors easy access to the conference audience. This display area will also be used as the luncheon area giving more opportunity for interaction between the vendor/exhibitor and the attendees. In addition, there will also be large equipment display areas just outside the conference building that are available to the vendors. Vendors/Exhibitors also may participate in the conference as sponsors. Levels of sponsorships are listed on the registration form. The fees from attendees and vendors/exhibitors are used to help offset the expenses for the reception, meals and conference materials.
